Quame McGodfred is the Founder of McGodfred Holdings Corporation and its three autonomous subsidiary companies. He also spearheaded the incorporation of the McGodfred Foundation, the non-governmental philanthropic organization established by the McGodfred family to administer the McGodfred Scholarship and Endowment Trust.
Starting with humble means and a well-defined vision, he persevered in his entrepreneurial pursuits, overcoming diverse obstacles and adversities; yet unwavering in his conviction that both his entrepreneurial and philanthropic vision were compelling enough to withstand all the opposition and rejection he encountered in his quest of building a purposeful and sustainable legacy.
Being a man of VISION, he always sees beyond the horizon; and provides motivational leadership to the upper management teams of his companies to get closer to his vision, one step at a time, believing that sustainable growth is procured through organic productivity. In Mr. McGodfred's leadership philosophy, there is zero tolerance for excuses, laziness, and incompetence. He believes in formulating realistic objectives out of which measurable goals can be set, and achievable tasks can be assigned.
Mr. McGodfred is an ardent capitalist and a generous philanthropist. He practices what he calls, "Strategic Growth Investment" [SGI], a human capital development model he developed and introduced to the upper management teams of his companies that directs them to balance his companies' Net Economic Gains [profits] and Charitable Human Capital Development [philanthropy].
As a seasoned and sought-after leadership and management development expert, Mr. McGodfred presents seminars and speaks at conferences to business executives and leaders of organizations on various topical subject matters.
