Kristina McGodfred, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of McGodfred Holdings Corporation has a tall and storied career resume dating back from her home country of the United Kingdom.
Starting her career as a young and ambitious mid-level executive at Standard Chartered Bank in London, UK after graduating from Cambridge University with a Master's Degree in Economics in the late-1990s, Mrs. McGodfred excelled her way through the banking and finance service industry through Europe's major economic capitals. For over a decade and a half, Mrs. McGodfred built an undeniably strong and formidable career in the banking and finance service industry.
In the Fall of 2003, Mrs. McGodfred accepted an offer as Divisional President with SKYDECK, leading to her migration to the United States in November 2003 and she made Atlanta, GA her home. She later worked with other prominent Fortune 500 companies in the United States before returning home to London, UK in April 2017.
In October 2023 Mrs. McGodfred returned to the United States on the invitation of Mr. Quame McGodfred to assist in managing the McGodfred Holdings Corportation. She accepted the responsibility for leading the company as its Chief Executive Officer that includes steering the management of all three subsidiary companies of the McGodfred Holdings Corporation, namely, Vydden Security, LLC, Tarnif Hygienics, LLC and Steinsil Properties, LLC.
Mrs. McGodfred's unique transformative and participative style of executive leadership endears her to all the members of her corporate headquarters executive team as well as the senior management team of the three subsidiary companies of the McGodfred Holdings Corporation.
Gretchen Philips, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of McGodfred Holdings Corporation joined the company in April 2025, having under her professional belt such notable and enviable career achievements that ran through multiple industry sectors spanning a period of over a decade and a half.
Ms. Philips graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. After accepting a job offer at the Ford Motor Company in 2010, she proceeded to pursue her higher education and earned her MBA in 2012.
In 2016, she left the Ford Motor Company to join Spirit Airlines as Senior Manager of Business Development where she worked with a team of creatives to develop growth strategies to improve the business outlook of the airline.
Ms. Philips was offered a career opportunity at Deloitte as Director of Client Relationship Management in 2020; an offer she considered and accepted.
In April 2025, Ms. Philips accepted a job offer from the McGodfred Holdings Corporation as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. She brings with her an extraordinary exuberance and enthusiasm that makes her leadership and managerial qualities appealing to the top executives, senior management, and staff of the company.
She reports directly to the CEO of the company; and has been charged with the direct responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations of the McGodfred Holdings Corporation as the CEO may delegate and assign; and also performs direct supervisory functions over all other executives subordinate to her.
Bradford Liggertfeld the Chief Financial Officer [CFO] of McGodfred Holdings Corporation is a product of Princeton University, Brad started his career in accounting and financial management at Debuke & Associates, a high-profile wealth management, financial advisory, and investment planning firm in New York. He continued with his career at the New York Stock Exchange from 2009-2014
Mr. Liggertfeld later joined E-Trade in 2014 where he worked with Mr. Quame McGodfred at the Alpharetta office in Georgia.
In 2021, Mr. Liggertfeld accepted a job offer from Mr. McGodfred to join Centirre Holdings as the company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Liggertfeld was very instrumental with his expertise and skillful experience in the process that led to rebranding Centirre Holdings into McGodfred Holdings Corporation. He continues to help put the company on a solid financial footing by formulating and implementing strict financial control systems and reporting policies that all the three subsidiaries must adhere to.
Brad is a gifted leader, a genius financial executive, and an invaluable asset to McGodfred Holdings Corporation.
Sussan Hanes joined McGodfred Holdings Corporation in November 2023 as the company's Chief Marketing Officer [CMO], coming from a highly competitive career environment that helped her build a creative and resilient mental attitude into her professional life.
With an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Sussan's path to career growth started as as Communications Strategist with one of Washington, DC's political consulting firms. After spending over a decade as one of the nation's top political communication strategists, Sussan opted for a career change away from Washington, DC in April 2013 when she moved to Atlanta, GA after accepting a job offer from Nielson.
Sussan came as an asset to McGodfred Holdings Corporation in 2023 when she joined the company's corporate management team. She leads the company's growth strategy with her team, providing them with motivation and leadership to innovate and develop novel service solutions for our clients that set McGodfred Holdings Corporation apart from its strong competitors.
Since joining McGodfred Holdings Corporation, Sussan has initiated strategic and creative marketing and business development objectives that spur up the competitive outlook of Vydden Security and Tarnif Hygienics, two of the three subsidiary companies of McGodfred Holdings; and both companies' market shares have been seeing a steady growth.
Linda Kwao, the Chief Human Resources Officer [CHRO] of McGodfred Holdings Corporation became the newest member of the top management team of the company in May 2024.
Linda holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Georgia Institute of Technology [Georgia Tech] and other post graduate professional certifications in Human Capital Development, Executive Serach & Placement, and Professional Performance Coaching. & Employee Behavior Modification.
She has joined McGodfred Holdings Corporation as the lead executive to plan and execute the company's Human Capital Development Strategy for the next decade [2025 - 2035].
Stephen Anderson is the Chief Technology Officer [CTO] of McGodfred Holdings Corporation. Also a fine and well-prepared product of Georgia Tech, Mr. Anderson and his team of information technology professionals are the unseen brain behind the scenes that work tirelessly to protect our company's information systems, and our technology services outsourced to our client locations.

Kofi Osei-Bonsu, the Chief Legal Officer [CLO]of McGodfred Holding Corporation is a native of Ghana in West Africa, the birth country of Mr. Quame McGodfred.
Kofi graduated from the University of Ghana in Accra with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He proceeded to pursue a law degree in Emory Law School and passed his Bar exam, becoming a corporate lawyer in 2015.
Kofi had previously provided legal services to Centirre Holdings and assisted with the legal process of reorganizing Centirre Holdings into McGodfred Holdings Corporation. He later accepted an offer to join the top management team of the company as its chief legal adviser in August 2023.

Vaclav Stor joined Vydden Security on September 7, 2020, as Division President upon the resignation of Mr. Quame McGodfred on June 26, 2020.
With a combined industry experience of more than 30 years, Mr. Stor had led a number of protective services companies and had contributed to developing and shaping the policy directions of most of the major security industry associations and networking organizations in North America.
Having a strong and accomplished military intelligence background from the United States Department of Defense, and transitioning to various private civilian executive leadership roles after his military service, Mr. Stor embodies a wealth of protective services experience that he has brought to Vydden Security; and under his extraordinary leadership, Vydden Security has chalked tremendous growth in its operational capacity and has bodly broadened the strategic objectives of the company that would progressively grow its market share of the protective services industry to a projected 5% P.A. between 2023 and 2028. .

Frazer James Norland has been the Division President of Tarnif Hygienics since January 2022. Before accepting the offer to lead Tarnif Hygienics, Mr. Norland had worked in the environmental hygiene services industry for over 17 years, executing some of the complex environmental impact assessment projects for the oil and gas industry in Oklahoma and Texas.
Mr. Norland's distinguishing expertise and critical industry experience have helped set Tarnif Hygienics on a bright and positive trajectory to strongly develop a competitive advantage in its unrivaled service solutions.
His unique strategic thinking and visionary planning have helped navigate the affairs of Tarnif Hygienics through some of the company's turbulent teething periods, directing and showing true leadership to the entire management team and stabilizing the operations of the company and turning its fortune into a strong and profitable competitor in its market niche.

Bill Hauffman accepted the responsibility of leading Steinsil Properties as the company's Division President on November 4, 2024.
Mr. Hauffman has an expansive and stellar career in Urban Housing Planning & Development spanning more than two decades.
He holds a degree in architecture from NYU and a post graduate degree in Urban Planning from UCLA.
Mr Hauffman served as Director of Urban Housing Policy Planning and Implementation at the California State government in Sacramento, CA for five years where he led efforts to formulate the state government's policy directives and a planning framework for developing affordable housing to reduce the state's housing shortage.
Mr. Hauffman's career served the private sector too, where he joined Belmont Developers, Inc as Chief Architectual Officer from 2018 to 2024.
